Permit to Import and Export Ozone Depleting Substances (ODS)

Modern ecological requirements are state-regulated. All states which have signed the so-called Montreal Protocol (including former Soviet states) are required to control the production and circulation of Ozone Depleting Substances.
The permit to import ODS-containing products into the Russian Federation is an official permit issued by the Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Atomic Inspection to the applicant for disclosure to the customs authorities of the Russian Federation. The permit confirms that the declarant can import ODS-containing products into the Russian Federation.

Ordinances:
Import and export of ODS-containing products is regulated by the Government Decree of 08.05.1996 № 563 «On Regulation of Import to and Export from the Russian Federation of Ozone-Destructive Substances and their Products" and the Government Decree of 24.05.1995 № 526 "On Priority Measures for Execution of the Vienna Convention for the Protection of the Ozone Layer and the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer».

5. GOST R certificate of conformity;
6. sanitary-epidemiological conclusion;
7. technical description or ingredients of the product;
